This 35,000 sft of residence was a masterpiece in itself. Lightbook was hired to create a lighting concept for a complex nature of the spaces through lighting design yet binding them seamlessly on a different level. It was process which went for 4 years with designers and artists from all over the world and working to deliver a beautiful residence for the client. We got an opportunity to use high quality lighting products from 95 CRI fixtures to kinetic installations in the double height family lounge and delivered a beautiful residence at the end.

Lightbook has acquired the art of changing the design styles from rich opulent homes to less budgeted ones. We provided a functional lighting design to our client which covered there functional needs but also highlighted the artwork, special glass bar with American lava stone and highlighted natural stones which came out during the excavation of there driveway. It was all about maximising the visual intent with relevant site conditions.

This was a special project with emphasis on exquisite artwork collection which comprised of MF hussain, Raza , Maity and lot of other special artists in the country. The public areas were rendered with special bohemian installations commissioned for this project and concepts ideated from the interior design of the project. The external landscape lighting was minimal due to the vastness of the project site and functional accents added to the overall experience.
